Terrible Experience

I have no issue with the quality of the products, they are always meet my expectation. However, the customer and delivery service is another thing. My order was to be delivered on 19 Jan and was told it would only reach me at 6.30pm. I needed the meat for my reunion dinner. At about 7pm, my order still was not delivered and I tried to reach the company but to no avail. No one bothered to respond. At a loss, I had to made trips to supermarket for alternatives. My reunion was a disaster. My order finally arrived at about 8.30 pm. By then, we had almost done with our dinner. We didn't even open any of order. It was a real disappointment!
