Full of flavour

The Grass Fed Beef Ox-Tail Cut is full of flavour and does not have a gamey smell. I made Ox-tail soup with radish, carrots and onions in a pressure cooker. After 40 minutes the ox-tail is soft and the soup is not greasy at all. Will definitely order ox-tail again. Simply love it.

Excellent Oxtail

The Oxtail is of high quality. There was enough meat on the bones and the fats were kept to a minimum. I made Oxtail Soup with a pressure cooker. After cooking the soup is not greasy at all. It took 40 minutes for the meat to be soft and come off the bone. Definitely will order more in my next order. Simply delicious!
